This Cookie Policy explains how Manavizha Matrimony, operated by Akmo Solutions Private Limited, uses cookies and similar technologies (your browser's local storage, session storage and IndexedDB) on manavizhamatrimony.com and doctors.manavizha.com.
A cookie is a small text file a website saves in your browser. Local and session storage work in a similar way but stay in your browser and are not sent to us automatically. In this policy, “cookies” covers all of these.
2.Our approach
- We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites.
- We do not use third-party analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel).
- We do not sell or share cookie data with advertisers.
- The cookies we use keep you signed in and secure, make the site work, and tell us which link or partner brought you to Manavizha.
3.Essential cookies
These are needed for the site to work and to keep your account safe. They cannot be switched off without breaking sign-in.

5.Referral and campaign cookies
These are our own (first-party) cookies. They record how you found Manavizha — a referral partner's link, a friend's invite, a WhatsApp message or an advertisement — so the right partner is credited when you join and we know which campaigns work. They are not used to show you advertisements.

6.Third-party services
- Cashfree Payments — when you pay for a plan, the secure checkout is provided by Cashfree, which may set its own cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud. Cashfree's privacy policy applies to those cookies.
- Google Fonts — our fonts are loaded from Google's servers, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. We do not use Google cookies for tracking.
- WhatsApp — “Chat on WhatsApp” and share buttons open WhatsApp, which is governed by WhatsApp's own policies.
Staff using the admin panel also have two local storage entries (mnv-admin-activity-seen, mnv-admin-activity-cache) for their notifications. These are never set for members or visitors.
7.Managing cookies
You can see, block or delete cookies and site data in your browser's settings (usually under Privacy or Site settings). Please note:
- Blocking essential cookies will stop you from signing in.
- Clearing site data signs you out and removes your chat keys from that device; you may be asked to unlock your messages again with your password when you next sign in.
- Deleting the referral and campaign cookies does not affect how the site works.
8.Changes to this policy
If we change the cookies we use, we will update this page and its “Last updated” date.
